If I could give Rey more stars, I would. I had him come out to disconnect an old boiler and not only did he do that (quickly) but he let me stand over his shoulder and ask questions the whole time. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. If anything else comes up, he’ll be the first guy I call.

  Rey did a great job performing maintenance on my heating system (gas boiler and radiators) and diagnosing an issue that he quickly repaired. He is good at explaining what needs to be done and his rates are very reasonable. I will use him again for additional projects and recommend him.

  My furnace was not working, and Ray from ep210 and his assistant were able to come to my house within less than 24 hours of my contacting them. The immediate reason my furnace was not working was a bird became trapped in and was blocking the exhaust vent. Rey thought that was the problem even before he got to my house.


But I was also having a problem with my furnace turning off and switching on again before my house reached the correct temperature. This was a problem that gotten progressively worse over time. I had two other repair people out to look at the furnace who were not able to figure it out, but Rey figured it out. He said the furnace was going turning off on limit, and he tested the furnace until he determined that the problem was likely with a component called the limit switch. He ordered a new limit switch, replaced it in a couple days, and now my furnace works fine.

I was impressed that Rey knew what he was doing, and charged a very reasonable price. I'm glad I finally called him, and he will be the first person I call again for an HVAC problem.

  Great service, willing to go the extra mile and that unbeatable friendless. Ray killed it! He quickly identify the issue was able to resolve it on a Friday evening. I'll definitely hire Ray again. Most likely call him for a full HVAC installation on our next project. Thank you for the quick turnaround!

  We had Rey install our heater as well as our a/c unit and we couldn’t be happier! Rey is a true professional and the quality of his work is excellent. Not only that, he provided us with advice on additional things we could do to make our unit more efficient. He also has answered questions I’ve texted him within minutes! I feel like now a days I have to beg contractors to get back to me but that is never the case with Rey! I would recommend him to all of my friends and family and we wouldn’t use anyone else for our future heating and air conditioning needs.
