I was very impressed with Rey and his expertise, he diagnosed the first problem over the phone just listening to the furnace start up unfortunately the part took a day longer to come in and when he installed it he found two more issues but was able to fix them all, and explain clearly what went wrong and why. He was careful, conscientious and apologetic when the work was delayed due to parts not being in, even drove up to Bensalem to get a part so I would not have to wait another day and then offered to clean and service the unit for free considering the delays on the coldest days in Jan when my house was 45 degrees! Rey quickly diagnosed and resolved an issue with my water pan overflowing near my air handler Cleared out the line and fixed the system in a short time.
