At ep210 we believe our responsibility begins with listening to our customers, and then presenting them with all of the options and not just insisting that a heater, for example, be replaced. Though perhaps not always cost effective, sometimes and most often a heater can be repaired. So many times on requests for estimates on the replacement of a heater, we come up from the basement asking the client why they were interested in a replacement. “I was told by two other companies that the heater had to be replaced,” they replied. So many of those heaters have been repaired for the price of our service call.
Gas, Oil, or Electric, if it has anything to with heating or air conditioning, we do it. From the installation of a complete heating and air conditioning system to answering the question, “What color should you paint a radiator”, we do it.
Among the many things we pride ourselves on, is our record of being able to walk many of our callers through a “No Heat” scenario. We do so gladly and at no charge!

I was very impressed with Rey and his expertise, he diagnosed the first problem over the phone just listening to the furnace start up unfortunately the part took a day longer to come in and when he installed it he found two more issues but was able to fix them all, and explain clearly what went wrong and why. He was careful, conscientious and apologetic when the work was delayed due to parts not being in, even drove up to Bensalem to get a part so I would not have to wait another day and then offered to clean and service the unit for free considering the delays on the coldest days in Jan when my house was 45 degrees! I feel confident that I chose the right person for the job, a true professional is wonderful find with an old creaky house! I highly recommend you look no further than ep210!

Working in construction I know a fair amount of contractors and I can say EP210 I would certainly recommend. Rey quickly diagnosed and resolved an issue with my water pan overflowing near my air handler Cleared out the line and fixed the system in a short time. His quote for his service was reasonable and his customer service was great. Will definitely use him if any future issues were to arise and recommend for HVAC services.
