  •   Rey was hired to service a boiler in a rental unit. I thought I just needed a cleaning and the radiators bled but he found deficiencies in the boiler systems and fixed them. The clogged chimney flue could have caused carbon monoxide to be released into the house. Potential dangerous situation discovered and avoided. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Boiler was cleaned, radiators were bled, the chimney flue was unclogged, and proper chimney clean out was installed. The heating system is working and up to code. His price is reasonable and performed in a timely manner. I will definitely hire him again for future jobs.

  •   I’ve used ep210 for several jobs: conversion of oil heat to natural gas (including removal of a huge oil tank); installation of a high efficiency boiler; removal and replacement of 120 year old radiators; work on water and gas line repiping; and hot water heater replacement and installation.
