At ep210 we believe our responsibility begins with listening to our customers, and then presenting them with all of the options and not just insisting that a heater, for example, be replaced. Though perhaps not always cost effective, sometimes and most often a heater can be repaired. So many times on requests for estimates on the replacement of a heater, we come up from the basement asking the client why they were interested in a replacement. “I was told by two other companies that the heater had to be replaced,” they replied. So many of those heaters have been repaired for the price of our service call.
Gas, Oil, or Electric, if it has anything to with heating or air conditioning, we do it. From the installation of a complete heating and air conditioning system to answering the question, “What color should you paint a radiator”, we do it.
Among the many things we pride ourselves on, is our record of being able to walk many of our callers through a “No Heat” scenario. We do so gladly and at no charge!

Ray responded right away to my request on Thumbtack and have gave me a good quote along with explanation of costs. He showed up on time to do the work, which was done very efficiently. Rey, Javier, and Javier were the absolute best! I had no idea why there was warm air blowing out when I set my thermostat to cool the other day.
